D23焊(han)装主线

东(dong)风乘(cheng)用(yong)车公司D23焊(han)装(zhuang)线由前舱总(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)、地(di)板(ban)总(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)、车身总(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)合装(zhuang)线构成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),实现二个平台,三款车型(xing)的装(zhuang)焊(han)并能(neng)柔性(xing)混流(liu)生(sheng)产,生(sheng)产节拍33JPH;全线共36个地(di)面(mian)工(gong)位(wei)组成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),含39台机器(qi)人,6台成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)夹具,29套高(gao)速滚床,4台集放(fang)栈(zhan),5台升降机和27个工(gong)位(wei)的空中转(zhuan)运储存线以及辅(fu)助装(zhuang)置等(deng)(deng)组成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。焊(han)装(zhuang)线在(zai)设(she)计阶(jie)段(duan)采(cai)取全数字化模拟仿真技术、采(cai)用(yong)高(gao)速高(gao)定位(wei)精度输送滚床进行工(gong)位(wei)间输送,在(zai)续焊(han)工(gong)位(wei)用(yong)雪橇替代定位(wei)工(gong)装(zhuang)对白车身进行定位(wei)焊(han)接,成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)夹具的开发应用(yong):在(zai)车身成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)等(deng)(deng)工(gong)位(wei),采(cai)用(yong)模块化方(fang)式开发成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)夹具,满足在(zai)单工(gong)位(wei)上通过多种(zhong)车型(xing)的需要。
